If the above steps have been completed and you still can't complete your call

I am unable to LOGIN.

  • Click on the log in option on the left-hand side of our home page.
  • Enter your username and password exactly as you submitted them on your enrollment form.
  • If you wish to go directly to the “Call Now” page the next time you use our service without having to log in, click on “Fast Start”.
  • If you wish to log in every time you use our service, do not click “Fast Start”.
  • Click OK.

    * Please note that our site is case sensitive and both your username and password must be typed exactly as they were on your enrollment form.

    If your login is not accepted, please check the following.

    If you have recently enrolled:

  • New accounts can take up to 24 hours to be activated (please note we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
  • Be sure to reply to any emails received from our Account Activations Department.
  • When replying to email, be sure to verify information completely and accurately.

    If the above steps have been completed and you still cannot log in:

  • Be sure you have received an email notice from our Account Activations Department stating that your account is active.
  • Contact us by email at fastresponse@smartwebcall.com, be sure to include your user name or account number, as well as any error messages you are receiving.
  • Alternatively, you can contact us by Live Help at www.smartwebcall.com, click “Contact Us” then click “Live Help” (Live Help is available from 8am-6pm EST).

    Nothing happened when I click “Dial”.

    If you are sharing one line for both your telephone and internet?

  • Click Delay and select the length of your delay from the pull down menu that appears. Our service will launch your call after the delay you specify.
  • Click Dialand you will then see a message that your call will launch after delay time that you selected.
  • Log off the internet immediately to free your line for the call.

    What is the correct format for the origination number?

  • If you live in a country where you are required to dial 1+ area code before your local number (such as the US, Canada, the US Virgin Islands, Barbados, etc.), please make sure your are including 1 before the area code in your origination number. Your number should appear exactly like this: 17145551212.
  • If you live in a country where you are required to dial country code+city code+local number (this describes the majority of countries in the world) do not include any additional zeros or ones before your country code. Your origination number should appear like this: 5113426847. All numbers should start with the country code.
  • If you are located in an office or hotel room and your number contains an extension, make sure you include “x” or “o” before your extension number.
    1. Use “x” if the system located in your office or hotel uses an automated system to connect calls
    2. Use “o” if the system located in your office or hotel uses an operator to connect calls manually to your extension number.

    The proper format for this type of origination number is 5113426847x1359, or 5113426847o1359.

    What is the correct format for the destination number?

  • If the number you are calling to requires that you dial 1+ area code before the local number (such as the US, Canada, the US Virgin Islands, Barbados, etc.), please make sure your are including 1 before the area code in your destination number. Your number should appear exactly like this: 17145551212.
  • If the number you are calling to requires you to dial country code+city code+local number (this describes the majority of countries in the world) do not include any additional zeros or ones before the country code. Your destination number should appear like this: 5113426847. Do not use 00 or 011 in front of the number. All numbers should start with the country code.
  • If you are calling an office or hotel room and the number contains an extension, make sure you include an x or o before the extension number.
    1. Use x if the system located in the office or hotel you are calling uses an automated system to connect calls.
    2. Use o if the system located in the office or hotel uses an operator to connect calls manually to the extension number.

    The proper format for this type of destination number is 5113426847x1359, or 5113426847o1359.

    How do I verify a country code?

  • Click on “Dial Example” on our “Call Now” or “Conference Call” pages. The link is located on the gray task bar to the left of the screen.
  • Click on the drop-down menu that says USA. From there you will be able to find the dial format for the country you are calling to or from.

    How do I verify a city code?

  • Click on “Dial Example” on our “Call Now” or “Conference Call” pages. The link is located on the gray task bar to the left of the screen.
  • To find the city code, click on the drop down menu that says USA.
  • Click on “Select City”.
  • Click on the drop down menu that says “Select City”, and select the city you wish to call.
